FTA® Plant Kits allow for the capture of DNA from plant material samples (via FTA Plantsaver card, product number F422). The samples from the cards can then be punched out with the Harris Uni-Core™ punch (F429), washed with FTA Purification Reagent (F423), and then rinsed with TE buffer for use in applications such as PCR, real-time PCR, SNP analysis, AFLP, ISSR, and other DNA analysis methods.
