GenSpin™ Plant DNA Purification Kits allow for the quick preparation of DNA from small quantities of plant material for PCR, real-time PCR, SNP analysis, AFLP, ISSR, and other DNA analysis methods. To extract DNA, plant material is homogenized at room temperature and applied to the GenSpin™ Filter Basket. DNA is immediately stabilized, protected from UV, and nucleases are inactivated.
